In this module, we talk about what is a virtual assistant for pet groomers and how to set realistic expectations for future clients and supervisors. This includes getting clear on their business (and their restrictions), auditing their business before you start working with them, and creating an audit SOP (standard operating procedure) that you can use for every client!
Scheduling & Appointments in the Grooming Industry
In this module, we discuss how to nail down your supervisor or client's schedule. We talk about different scheduling appointments, software, and how to navigate how best to discuss options for your supervisor/client. We will give suggestions and template scripts for reminder calls and texts.
Client Information
In this module, we discuss why templates are SO important when you're a virtual assistant for the grooming industry. You won't be there to help if there is missing information or misinformation! In this module, we talk about grooming notes. This may seem like something we all do but it's important as a virtual assistant to do this perfectly. We'll explain the VA's role in organizing grooming notes, next-day information for those supervisors who want you to send their day organized FOR their employees, and how to communicate grooming notes. We will also go through some different scenarios and how to handle them with grace and professionalism.
Creating Invoices & Collect Payments
In this module, we talk about how you as a VA can help your clients collect invoices and other payments. As the industry is going more online this is your opportunity to take something off your client's plate! Learn invoice basics, how to help your client use invoices in their daily operations as well how to handle some different invoice scenarios to add to your Virtual Assistant SOP 'Bible'.
